Paralegal Litigation Certificate Program

teacher and student The Paralegal Litigation Certificate Program is designed to meet the needs of working adults by offering classes on weekends.

This program provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to begin a career as a paralegal in a professional environment. Students earn their Paralegal certificate in as little as 3 months. Classes meet for six weekends, every other weekend for a total of 84 hours.

Prerequisites:
A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required.

Requirements for Successful Completion:
You must receive a passing grade on all quizzes, homework assignments, and the final exam. In addition, you must attend 10 of the 12 classes. (We strongly encourage you to attend all classes due to the amount of material covered in each.) Failure to meet these requirements may result in an incomplete or failing grade.

Continuing Education Units (CEUs):
One CEU is awarded for each 10 contact hours of instruction. The Paralegal Litigation Certificate Program meets for 84 hours, thereby awarding successful students 8.4 CEUs. Your final transcript will be permanently maintained by the Center for Continuing Studies.

Cancellations made before the start of the program will receive a full refund minus a $35.00 processing fee. Cancellations received after the first weekend will receive no refund.
