This course reviews each part of the 2006 business owners policy and is designed to provide the insurance producer with an overview of the most current Businessowners policy.

- Business Liability coverage, exclusions, conditions & definitions
Agent's Errors and Omissions Law
Earn 3 CT law/reg./ethics CE credits. This is a 3-hour seminar designed to provide the insurance producer with an overview of Agents’ Errors and Omissions law.
This program will:

Outline traditional causes of action and defenses,

Explain the outcomes of selected court cases, given the facts and issues,

Help the student anticipate current and future causes of action and defenses through the analysis of sample court cases, and
- List actions to prevent and defend against Professional Liability claims and lawsuits.
Understanding Homeowners 2000
Earn 3PC plus 1 LRE credit in just 4 hours! This seminar will discuss in detail the changes to the HO 03 Homeowners Policy including the new HO-5 form and briefly review the new optional endorsements.
You will learn the:
- changes to the HO-3 policy form.
- new optional endorsements.
- changes to the current endorsements.
There will also be a discussion on current regulation issues and trends in property casualty insurance.
