Books and National Examinations

• CPCU and IIA national examinations are given four times a year in a two month window.
• CPCU, INS, ARM, AIC and ARe exams are given at Prometric exam centers located throughout the state. There are currently centers in Glastonbury, Hamden and Norwalk. AIS 25 exams are given during the last class.  Visit www.prometric.com. State licensing exams are given by Promissor. Visit www.promissor.com.
• Exam registration materials are supplied with your books and are also available on the AICPCU web site. To order books, contact the AICPCU/IIA at 800-644-2101 or go to www.aicpcu.org. Students should read the first chapter prior to the first class, if possible.
• Please Note: Classes with low enrollment may be cancelled. If you do not intend to self study in the event of a cancellation, keep your books in clean reusable condition so you can return them. You may also want to wait to schedule your exam as there are change fees associated with canceling or moving exam dates.
