This 5-day program was developed by the University of Connecticut in consultation with the Institute for Counter-Terrorism (ICT). It will feature counter-terrorism strategy workshops by Dr. Boaz Ganor, ICT's Founder and Exective Director.
There will also be workshops on Global Security, Crisis Communication/Leadership, Global Supply Chain Protection, and Preparing for a World Health Crisis (pandemic influenza) taught by internationally known subject matter experts including Dr. Kirsty Duncan, Barry Lynn, Bruce Blythe and Dr. Robert Bach.
The discussions and workshops will examine:
- the vulnerability of our global business systems to terrorism and natural disasters and
- the importance of crisis recognition and leadership in an insecure world.
