| Weeklong Registration for Courses and Workshop | |
Weeklong registration includes Sunday evening Welcome Reception, all handouts, 5 lunches, and morning and afternoon refreshments. There are three registration choices:

| Per Day Registration for Administration Workshop | |
Per day registration includes all handouts, lunch, and morning and afternoon refreshments, and is available for the Connecticut Assessment Administration Workshop only. Fee is $100 per day. |

| Cancellation/refund policy: If you are unable to attend, you must withdraw by calling the Student and Financial Services Office at 1-877-892-6264 (toll-free) or 860-486-4905, during office hours Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The registration fee, minus a $35 processing fee, is refundable if you call by May 22, 2009.
