Dr. Abdou Ndoye is the instructor for this course. He has been a faculty member at the Center for Continuing Studies at the University of Connecticut from 2001 to 2006. His teaching includes courses in the areas of community development, program planning and evaluation, assessment, learning and development, and training and business improvement. He is currently the Assessment Director at the Watson School of Education at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.

Dr. Ndoye received his Ph.D. from the University of Connecticut in Adult Learning and Professional Development.
