Refunds
The refund schedule below applies to credit course fees when
a non-degree student cancels registration or drops a class. It
also applies to the semester dates and not to the actual
meeting hours of a particular class.
- N on-attendance in class ordinarily is not sufficient
reason to request an exception to the published policy.
- A refund is determined by the date a student drops in person,
by the postmarked date if dropped by mail or by the recorded
electronic date and time of the online drop. Refunds typically take up to four weeks to process
after they are approved. Students who paid by MasterCard, VISA, Discover or Diners International will receive a credit on their account.
