Peter C. Diplock, Associate Professor
Dr. Peter C. Diplock is an associate professor at the Center for Continuing Studies. He teaches graduate online Human Resource Management courses and is the coordinator of the Master of Professional Studies with a focus in Human Resource Management (MPS/HRM). He earned his Ph.D. in Organization Studies with a minor in Human Resource Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Prior to joining CCS, Peter was Assistant Professor of Organization Studies and the Director of Graduate Business Programs at Clarkson University in New York, and an Assistant Professor of Management at St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. His research interests include resistance to organizational change, the human resource implications of global supply chains, and contrasts between traditional and non-traditional approaches to management education.
He has consulted with organizations in the field of public education and the health industry, and has taught Organizational Behavior, Organizational Change, Strategic Human Resource Management, and Negotiations and Relationship Management in Global Supply Chains at the graduate and executive level in the U.S., Russia, and Tunisia.
Dr. Diplock is a member of the Academy of Management and the Organizational Behavior Teaching Society, and a past recipient of the University of Massachusetts Distinguished Teaching Award. |
