Placement Test Information

All NEW students must take a Placement Test.  Students can register for a placement test from April 1 - May 5, 2008.

The Summer 2008 classes run from May 12 - June 30.
There will be no classes May 26 (Memorial Day).

Registration for Placement Tests

• Registration will take place in Room 101 at the Stamford Campus of the University of Connecticut.
• Registration times for placement tests are:
  
  

  Mondays, Tuesdays & Fridays:	9:30 a.m.-12:00 noon, 1:00-4:45 p.m.
  Wednesdays & Thursdays:	11:00 a.m.-12:00 noon, 1:00-6:45p.m.

• New students must sign up for the placement test before the day of the exam.
• Testing Fee: $25.00 (check, money order, MasterCard, Discover, or VISA - NO CASH). The testing fee is non-refundable. If you use a credit card that is not your own, you must bring a letter of authorization signed by the cardholder.
• Parking: Please park in Visitors' Parking on the second level of the UConn parking garage when you come to take the test.

NOTE:

• The placement test takes two hours. Please arrive on time! Latecomers will not be admitted.
• You may register for courses immediately after the tests marked with an "*". Full payment is required. Please check the course schedule for fees.
• Please do not call the office for test results. You will receive your test results when you register for courses.
• If you do not register for any courses, you may receive your test results on Friday, May 9th, 2:00-4:00 p.m.
