I-91-Southbound
1. Take Exit 32B, Trumbull Street
2. Turn left at the light onto Market Street
3. At the 4th working light, turn left onto Kinsley Street
4. Constitution Plaza North Garage will be on the left
5. From garage, proceed to Plaza level from elevator
 
I-91-Northbound (see directions for I-91 Southbound)
 
I-84-Westbound
1. Take exit 54 (left exit), Route 2 West/Downtown Hartford
2. At 2nd light, turn right onto Market Street
3. At 1st light, turn right onto Kinsley Street
4. Constitution Plaza North garage will be on the left
5. From garage, proceed to Plaza level from elevator
 
I-84-Eastbound
1. Take Exit 50, Main Street
2. At 3rd light, make right onto Market Street
3. At 2nd working light, turn left onto Kinsley Street
4. Constitution Plaza North garage will be on the left
5. From garage, proceed to Plaza level from elevator
   

The North Plaza Parking Garage* is located beneath the Citigroup Education Center.  After parking your car, take the elevators on the south side of the garage to the plaza level.  Once you have exited the elevator, leave through the glass doors to your right.  Once outside, take a left onto the plaza.  200 Constitution Plaza is immediately on your left.  Go through the revolving doors into the lobby.  Visitors must check in with the guard.  Daily parkers must exit on Kinsley Street.  The Early Bird Special for daily parkers is $10.00 per day and is subject to change.

*If the North Plaza Parking Garage is filled to capacity, please park in the South Plaza Parking Garage directly across the street from the North Plaza Parking Garage.  Take the elevators up to Constitution Plaza.  Once on the plaza take a left.  Take a right over the overpass.  Take your first right at the Clock Tower.  200 Constitution Plaza is the building on your left.  Go through the revolving doors into the lobby. Visitors must check in with the guard.
