CSA Programs

Music

Instrumental and Voice Lessons are offered on all instruments and voice.

The Suzuki Music Program includes violin, cello and guitar instruction and is a unique approach to teaching children music.

Our Early Childhood Music Program is a multiple arts curriculum for young children from birth to 4 years old.

The Treblemakers Choral Program is Eastern Connecticut's premiere children's choir program.

Chamber Music, Ensemble and Improvisation Programs and Workshops provide opportunities for students to apply and hone their instrumental and vocal skills in a group setting. Included is the new Festival Chorus.

Theater & Movement

Musical Theater Programs offer skill development and performance opportunites for all ages.

The Alexander Technique is a simple, practical method that teaches one how to redirect unnecessary tension into useful energy.

Visual Arts

Visual Arts Programs include a wide range of drawing, painting, and pottery classes for youth, families and adults.

School Vacation Camps

School Vacation Camps offer fun-filled days of visual arts and musical theater experiences during February and April school vacation weeks.

Summer Programs

Each summer, in addition to continued private music study, hundreds of Community School of the Arts students participate in CSA-sponsored Summer Camps, Group Classes, and Summer Events. These provide a concentrated experience where students learn, bond, and form new ideas and interests. Don’t miss out on CSA’s lively summer programming schedule.
