Planning is the key to a successful event. Our registration services option provides basic support for registration and financial services related to your conference or event.

For a $35 per person fee our registration staff will:

• provide registration planning and setup of the database
• receive and process registrations via mail, fax, phone and online
• provide letter confirming registration and fee payment with event, travel and parking information
• assemble participants folder with note pad and handouts
• design and print name badges
• provide on-site registration at the event for two hours
• provide a full accounting of financial transactions

* Online registration requires linking our registration to a website. The fee for this service is $150.
