Bishop Center Meeting Room Rentals

For over 30 years, the Bishop Center has hosted meetings, classes, conferences and special events. Our courteous and helpful staff is happy to assist you with your meeting needs, including facility setup, audiovisual equipment and arrangements for catering and parking. The success of your event is important to us and we will work with you to accommodate your needs.

Since planning is the key to a successful event, we can also provide registration services for your conference or event. Our registration software can be linked directly to your web page if needed.

Located on the Storrs campus, our facility is easy to find and centrally located in quiet Eastern Connecticut.

Nine meeting rooms and a computer learning lab are available 7 days a week between 7:00 a.m. and midnight and can accommodate groups of 10 to 200 people.

Rental prices include a podium or table lectern, chalkboard or whiteboard, overhead projector, screen and a TV with VCR or DVD player. All rooms have High-Speed Internet Access. Additional equipment such as LCD projectors, laptop computers, wireless microphones, etc. are available to rent.

Your catering needs can also be arranged with us. University Catering is dedicated to providing the highest quality service to all University guests. From a basic coffee break service to a multi-course banquet, you will receive affordable yet delicious menu options to choose from.

Convenient free parking is located adjacent to the Bishop Center for evening and weekend events. Permits are required for weekday events and can be purchased from Bishop Center for a small fee.

The Nathan Hale Inn Hotel and Conference Center is located on campus and can provide lodging for your guests.
