Arbitration
June 16 - 20, 2008
This one-week residential program, held on the Storrs campus, will follow the traditional techniques of involved adult education and will explore such topics as:
- How arbitration works
- Forming a theory of the case
- Best techniques for presenting your case
- Writing a brief
