CLIR Registration Information
Registration Methods:
FAX: Send to 860/486-0272 (secure fax system – recommended for credit card payment)

ONLINE: If this is you first time registering, please read the Important Information below before registering. Then click this link to register.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: You must have an active email address to use this online system. If your email address has changed or you are unsure as to whether or not we have your correct email information, call our office at 888-892-6264 and we will be happy to update your account and give you a password to sign in and register.
You must select all your courses and/or special events during your initial online registration, even if you are uncertain about a particular one. You can always call and cancel if you cannot attend. If you need to add, change or cancel a selection, you must call 877-892-6264, because you will not be able to use the online system.
Every participant will have their own online account and therefore the second member should not register under the first member’s account.
If you have previously taken a non-credit course, paid non-course related fees, requested information or purchased a product from CCS, you are already in our system. Therefore, you will only need to obtain a password to access our ONLINE purchasing system.
PLEASE PRINT THESE INSTRUCTIONS TO REFERENCE AS YOU REGISTER
To register for multiple events including the membership:
- Start with the “CLIR/Yearly Membership” page. ( If you have paid your member ship fee please skip to step 7.)
- Click the appropriate circle to select the fee.
- Click add to shopping cart button.
- Review or change your fee option and total within the “shopping cart item” page
- Scroll down and click the submit button.
- Click select another course link from the “shopping cart” page, if choosing multiple courses and/or special events. Or, skip to step 17 if not adding additional items to the shopping cart.
- Click the "Catalog" link and then click the "Center for Learning in Retirement" link.
- Click XRX 210 CLIR/Multiple Sessions link.
- Click the appropriate circle to select the fee.
- Click the “add to shopping cart” button.
- Review or change your fee option and total within the “shopping cart item” page.
- Scroll down and click the submit button.
- Click the appropriate checkboxes for the courses and/or special events from the “breakout session” page.
- Scroll down to click the submit button.
- Review the shopping cart item page and scroll down to click the submit button
- Review both items in your shopping cart page.
- Click "proceed to checkout" link. If you want to make changes click on any of the other links.

Past members who have an email and are in our system have been emailed a password and id. Please sign-in under the "Returning Visitors" section using this information. |

Members who are not in our system and do not have an email address need to call 888-892-6264 before trying to register. |

New members who are not in our system but have an email address can use the “Click here to create a new account” link under the new visitor’s area. |

- Verify your personal data or complete the page if a new account.
- Click the down arrow and select the answer to the question, “How did you hear about us?”
- Select an optional interest area or click “submit.”
- Complete the credit card payment and click “submit.” Verify the credit card details and enter your security code (last 3 digits) found on the reverse side of your card. If you receive a -14 code, this means that your credit card authorization failed and you must contact your credit card issuer or use another credit card.
- Complete the demographic page and click “submit.”
- Complete the survey question page, if any, and click “submit.”
- Review the verification page, scroll down to click the “process purchases” button.
- Print your enrollment confirmation. This same confirmation will be emailed to you.
- Click sign-out link (on the left of the navigation page) to close your account. Must sign-out after completing the registration process, especially if the first and second members are registering together.
NOTE: Second members should not try to register under the first member’s account because the system will not allow the selections. Second members should start with the CLIR membership fee page.
