Several offices are involved in the admissions process. To allow for adequate time to process BGS applications please adhere to the following guidelines:
- July 15th for fall semester admissions
- December 15th for spring semester admissions

Completed admissions information should be submitted to the BGS campus you plan to attend. |

What are the TOEFL requirements and how can I satisfy them? |
| Answer: |
All International applicants whose first language is not English or who do not have a transcript from an accredited university where English is the language of instruction must submit official TOEFL scores prior to admissions. A score of 213 on the computer based exam, a score of 79 on the internet based exam, a written test score of at least 550 on the Test of English as a Foreign Language or an overall band score of 6.5 on the IELTAS (International English Language Test System) is required. Can an F-1 student take online classes? |
| Answer: |
F-1 students are allowed to take one online class each semester. |

What does it mean to have a valid passport? |
| Answer: |
A passport must be valid for at least 6 months into the future at all times unless there are automatic revalidation provisions. If the passport does not meet the validation requirements, the student is considered in violation of immigration status. |

Change of address is a self-service field in the PeopleSoft system. This means that you can log into PeopleSoft and change your address at any time. |
