Focus in Human Services

The BGS program focus in Human Services is designed for individuals pursuing a professional career path in mental health, family services, employee assistance programs, or counseling services to diverse populations and related fields. Course offerings are from the fields of psychology, sociology, human development and family studies as well as other disciplines. This focus may prepare students for entrance into graduate school in social work or counseling.
Focus Requirement
24 credits minimum, with 18 credits at the 200s level.
