BGS students can complete their degree at New England's #1 public university by selecting classes from different academic departments that reflect their particular personal and professional areas of interest. Students can choose from a flexible schedule of courses offered face-to-face, online, days, evenings and weekends at all of our six regional campuses.
Finish Your Degree. Start Today!
The BGS program is designed for students who have completed an Associate's degree or who have a minimum of 60 college credits from a regionally accredited college or university. If you are a recent graduate of a Connecticut Community College, you are guaranteed admission to the BGS program. For more information about admission to the BGS program, please click here, or contact a BGS advisor.
Convenience Busy adult students juggle multiple life roles. The BGS program provides the convenience and accessibility that adult students need to be able to complete their degrees.
Locations
UConn campuses are located statewide, and some courses can even be taken online.
Scheduling
Classes are available year-round and meet during the day and evenings at all six UConn campuses. Saturday classes are currently offered at the Hartford, Stamford and Waterbury campuses. Classes are also available online. Students can accelerate completion of their degree by enrolling in May Term, Summer Sessions, or Winter Intersession classes. Academic credits can also be earned through internships that offer valuable work experience.
